Project Ngoc is celebrating their 10 years of providing humanitarian aid to Vietnamese asylum seekers in Southeast Asian camps with a special event, "A Decade of Dedication." It will take place on Sunday, April 6, 1997; 5:00 PM, at the Emerald Bay restaurant in Santa Ana. Project Ngoc is looking for sponsors to help with the event.
